How to set up ZorbaIPTV on Samsung Smart TV, in 12 beginner steps

1. Write down your model code

   Press the Home button, open Settings and go to Support, then About This TV. Note the model code and the software version. The model code tells our team which year your TV was made, and which players its store is likely to carry. Menu names move a little between years, so these paths are accurate at the time of writing (October 2026).

   Choose a ZorbaIPTV plan

2. Update the TV software

   Still in Support, choose Software Update, then Update Now. Let the TV restart if it asks. Newer software tends to show more apps in the store and fixes playback bugs. If the TV is already up to date, move on.

3. Sign in with a Samsung account

   The Apps store will not download anything without a Samsung account. Creating one on your phone is quicker than typing an email with the remote. On the TV, open Settings, General, System Manager, Samsung Account, and sign in, or follow the QR code the TV shows.

4. Search the Apps store for a player

   Press Home, choose Apps, then the magnifying glass in the corner. Type IPTV Smarters first. If you see IPTV Smarters Pro, select Install. If it is not listed in your country, search Smart IPTV instead. Pick only apps with a clear developer name and avoid any that promise free channels.

5. IPTV Smarters Pro: choose the Xtream login

   Open Smarters. On its first screen, pick Login with Xtream Codes API. Xtream Codes is the login with three boxes: server address, username and password. It is the format ZorbaIPTV sends by default, and it brings the channel groups, guide data and movie library in one go.

6. IPTV Smarters Pro: type the details

   Type any name you like in the first box, such as ZorbaIPTV. Then type the username, the password and the server address exactly as our WhatsApp message shows them. The server starts with http:// and ends with a colon and port number. Check capitals in the password, then select Add User and wait.

7. Smart IPTV: note the MAC address

   Smart IPTV works differently. When you open it, the screen shows a MAC address, a code made of letters and numbers that identifies your TV. Write it down or take a photo. Smart IPTV does not take Xtream details; it uses the M3U link, which is one long web address holding the whole channel list.

8. Smart IPTV: add the playlist from your phone

   On your phone, open a browser and go to siptv.app/mylist. Type the MAC address from the TV, paste the ZorbaIPTV M3U link into the link box and press Send. Close the app on the TV and open it again. The channels load as groups. After its trial period, Smart IPTV asks for a one-time activation paid to its developer.

9. Let the first load finish

   The first time, the player downloads every channel group and the guide data. Older TVs need several minutes. Leave the remote alone until the list appears. Pressing buttons while it loads can freeze the app, and then you have to start it again.

10. Run the first checks

    Open Live TV and check that channel groups appear. Look for program names beside the channels; if they are missing, give the guide data an hour. Play a channel you know for a few minutes. If the picture is clear and steady, setup is done. If not, the problems list below has the fixes.

11. Make the player easy to find

    Press Home, highlight the player in the app row, press down and choose Move. Slide it to the front so it sits next to the TV inputs. Inside Smarters, add your most watched channels to favorites so the family can reach them from one short list.

12. Send a photo when something looks different

Smarters or Smart IPTV on a Samsung TV?

Choose IPTV Smarters Pro if your store lists it, because it takes the ZorbaIPTV Xtream login directly on the TV and shows Live TV, movies and series in separate sections. Choose Smart IPTV if Smarters is missing; it is reliable and light, but you add the playlist from a phone and it shows channels as one long, grouped list.

When your Samsung store has no usable player

It happens, especially on older sets. The honest fix is a small streaming stick in a spare HDMI port. A Fire TV Stick or a Google TV box runs TiViMate and Smarters with the same ZorbaIPTV login. First-run checks and help on WhatsApp

A Samsung setup is finished when three things work: the channel list loads, the guide shows program names, and a channel plays smoothly for several minutes. Picture quality is 4K, FHD or HD per channel, and 4K only shows up when the broadcaster provides it. • Wired beats wireless: TV Wi-Fi chips are often weaker than a phone. An Ethernet cable is the single biggest upgrade.
• Right clock, right guide: set the time to automatic under Settings, General, System Manager, Time.

Picture pausing or slow to start? Check these first

• Your connection: nothing beats a network cable. On wireless, choose the 5 GHz network and keep the router no more than a room or two away.
• Other traffic at home: large downloads, game updates and cloud backups all share the same line. Pause them while you watch.
• The app: close it fully and reopen it. If the player has a buffer setting, raising it one step can help.
• The device: restart the stick, box or TV. Small streaming sticks run better after a fresh start.
• The channel: some channels come in more than one version. Try another, then tell us which one gave you trouble.

Common Samsung Smart TV setup problems and how to fix them

The Apps store will not download

Sign in to a Samsung account first, then try again. If the TV says there is no space, uninstall apps you never open. A full restart, holding the power button until the logo shows, often clears a stuck download.

No IPTV player appears in search

Store catalogs depend on country and model year. Check that the TV region is right and the software is current. If nothing appears, a streaming stick on HDMI is the reliable workaround, using the same ZorbaIPTV login.

Smarters says the login is wrong

Remote typing causes most failures. Retype the server address with http:// first and the port number last. Check capitals in the password and avoid voice typing for addresses. A trial that has ended fails as well.

Smart IPTV shows no channels

Check that the MAC address you typed on siptv.app matches the TV screen exactly. Send the playlist again, then close and reopen the app. If the TV has little memory, tick the save online option on the website before sending.

The guide shows the wrong times

Set the TV clock to automatic under Settings, General, System Manager, Time, and check the time zone. Then restart the player so it reloads the guide data from your ZorbaIPTV login.

The picture stutters in the evening

Evening Wi-Fi is busy. Use an Ethernet cable or move to the 5 GHz band, pause downloads elsewhere in the house and restart the TV. If one channel stutters while others are fine, tell us which.

The app closes when you change input

Tizen closes apps in the background to save memory. Simply open the player again. If it crashes often, uninstall it, restart the TV fully, reinstall it and enter the login again.

Smart IPTV lost its playlist after a reset

A factory reset wipes the playlist stored on the TV. Send it again from siptv.app/mylist using the same MAC address. The activation is tied to that MAC, so you do not pay the developer twice.
