We started ZorbaIPTV, an IPTV service, for people who feel nervous about the setup part. Most of us have been there. You pay, a login lands in your inbox, and then you stare at a TV menu with no idea what to press. We built ZorbaIPTV to fix that moment. Your login brings 25,000+ live channels, plus a library of 120,000+ films and shows, to a screen you already have at home. You get a plain-language guide, and a real person on WhatsApp keeps going with you until a picture shows up. Below you can read who we are, how a typical setup goes and which claims never appear on zorbaiptv.best.
Why ZorbaIPTV Exists
Setup is where people get stuck. It is rarely the channels or the price. It is the jump from "I paid" to "I am watching."
We kept hearing the same stories. A grandmother was handed a Fire TV Stick and a page of server details. A dad had a Samsung TV, an old Android box and two phones, and every guide he found covered a different device. Someone else paid a seller who sent a login and then never answered again. None of those people needed a bigger channel list. They needed someone to explain the next step in plain words.
So that is the job we took on. ZorbaIPTV sells a login to an IPTV service. Around that login we put three things: guides aimed at first-timers, credentials shaped for whichever app you picked, and someone who replies when a step goes wrong.
Who Is Behind ZorbaIPTV
A small support team runs ZorbaIPTV. Most of our day goes into two tasks. We activate logins, and we help people get them working on a TV, a stick, a box or a phone. You will not find a made-up origin tale here, nor a head count, nor a stock picture of a desk. Judge us on the guides instead; they are the honest record of what we do.
Each of our device guides started as a WhatsApp conversation. Someone could not find the Downloader app. Someone typed the server address with a space at the end. Someone had a MAG box and did not know where to find its MAC address. We answered, wrote the answer down and turned it into a guide so the next person would not have to ask.
How We Work, Step by Step
All of our help happens on WhatsApp, 24/7, and we write back in English. Forget ticket numbers or a phone tree: you type, and a human types back in that very conversation.
- Ahead of any payment. Tell us what you watch on. We check that your TV, stick or box can run a suitable player. If it cannot, we say so before you spend anything.
- The free trial. The 24-hour trial is free, and we never ask for card details. You try it on your own screen, with your own app, before you decide. Request it on the ZorbaIPTV free trial page.
- The login. After payment, your login usually arrives under 15 minutes later on WhatsApp. It comes in the format your app wants, plus a link to the guide for your device.
- The walk-through. Stuck on a screen? Send a photo of the TV. We answer with the next button to press, and we keep at it, step after step, until the picture appears.
- If it still will not work. Some devices and some home networks just do not cooperate. For a first order, our 7-day refund policy applies, and "I could not get it working on my device" counts as a reason.
Guides Written for Beginners
Our setup guide hub holds 15 guides, one per device or app. We write them for someone who has never sideloaded anything. Sideloading just means installing an app from outside the device's own store.
Each guide follows the same pattern. First comes a short list of what you need. Then numbered steps, one action each. Then the common mistakes and how to spot them. When a word like "M3U" or "portal URL" appears, we explain it right there. Popular starting points are the Fire TV Stick guide, the Samsung smart TV guide and the IPTV Smarters Pro walkthrough.
Menus move when apps update. When we describe a path that could change, we say when we checked it. If you find a step that no longer matches your screen, tell us and we fix the page.
Any Device, One Login
Many homes have a mix of screens. A Fire TV Stick in the living room, an LG TV in the bedroom, an iPad for the kids and a Windows laptop. With ZorbaIPTV you choose whether 1, 2, 3 or 5 of those screens may play together. You choose the number of screens when you order.
Your login can take three shapes. Xtream Codes is a server address plus a username and password. An M3U link is one long address that pulls the full channel list into the app. A portal URL is used by MAG and similar boxes, and it is tied to the box's MAC address, a hardware ID printed on its label. We send whichever one your app needs.
Roku is the honest exception. At the time of writing (October 2026), Roku has no reliable IPTV player in its store. Our Roku guide explains the workarounds, and we will tell you straight when a small streaming stick is the easier fix.
How Plans Work
Pick a length (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and a screen count (1, 2, 3 or 5). You sign no contract and no auto-renew, so a plan simply ends unless you order again. Setup help is included with every plan at no extra charge. Every combination and its cost is listed on the ZorbaIPTV pricing table.
Our Editorial Standards
Everything published here is drafted and checked in-house by the ZorbaIPTV Team. Six rules guide that work.
- Every figure comes from one file. Prices, channel counts, trial hours and refund days are stored in one place, so two pages can never disagree.
- Steps are tested on real hardware. We follow a guide on the actual device before we publish it, and again when the app changes.
- Technical and legal claims are sourced. Hardware and app points link to the maker or developer. On legal topics we refer to official sources such as the US Copyright Office; a plain summary lives in our piece on IPTV and the law.
- Jargon is explained once, early. Short sentences, plain words, the answer at the top.
- Dates on anything that moves. App menus and store listings change. We note when a path was last checked.
- Corrections are welcome. One line on WhatsApp about an outdated step and we update the guide.
Our Honesty List
The things a seller refuses to say can be more telling than its promises. These are ours.
- We have no app or APK of our own. There is no official ZorbaIPTV app. A download that uses our name is fake, so please avoid it. See why ZorbaIPTV has no app for the genuine players our customers install.
- The players belong to other companies. IPTV Smarters Pro, TiViMate, iMPlayer, Smart IPTV, VLC and Kodi are third-party apps. We do not make, own or sell them. Some have a paid tier, and that payment goes to the developer, not to us.
- Channels, never rights. Each broadcaster decides its own programming, based on the licenses it holds where you live. We never call a show, team or event "included."
- No invented numbers. No star ratings, customer totals, awards, years in business or "setups completed" counters. If reviews ever appear, each will link to its source.
- No pressure. You will not see a ticking clock, a slashed "was" price or a lifetime offer.
- Private use only. A login is for home viewing. Bars, gyms and other public spaces need commercial licenses from broadcasters.
Talking to the ZorbaIPTV Team
