What you need to set up ZorbaIPTV on Firestick
- A Fire TV Stick or Fire TV device that runs Fire OS (Settings, My Fire TV, About shows the name)
- An Amazon account already signed in on the stick, so the Appstore works
- Your ZorbaIPTV login from WhatsApp: server address, username and password
- The Fire TV remote with fresh batteries, and your phone nearby for reading the login
- A Wi-Fi connection, ideally the 5 GHz network, or the Amazon Ethernet adapter
No credentials yet? Ask for the free 24-hour ZorbaIPTV trial, no card required, and practice these steps on your own screen. Not sure this is the right guide? How to set up ZorbaIPTV on Firestick, in 12 beginner steps
Find out which software your stick runs
Press the Home button, go right to the gear icon and open Settings. Choose My Fire TV, then About. The top line shows the device name. Fire TV Stick 4K Max, 4K, HD, Lite and the Fire TV Cube run Fire OS, so this guide works. At the time of writing (October 2026), Amazon ships some newer models, such as the Fire TV Stick 4K Select, with Vega OS, which only installs Appstore apps.
Turn on developer mode
Stay on the About screen. Move the highlight onto the device name in the first row, then press the round Select button on the remote seven times in a row. A small message says you are now a developer. This only unlocks a hidden menu. It does not change your Amazon account, and you can switch it off later.
Install Downloader from the Appstore
Press Home, choose Find, then Search, and type Downloader. Pick the orange app whose maker is listed as AFTVnews and select Get or Download. Downloader is a free tool that fetches app files from a web address or a short code. Leave it installed, because you will use it again when a player needs updating.
Let Downloader install apps
Go back to Settings, My Fire TV. A new item called Developer Options now sits under About. Open it, choose Install unknown apps, find Downloader in the list and switch it to On. On some older sticks the option is called Apps from Unknown Sources instead. Either way, only Downloader gets this permission.
Choose your player
A player is the app that shows the channels; ZorbaIPTV supplies the login that fills it. TiViMate looks like a cable box guide and is the favorite on Fire TV. IPTV Smarters Pro uses large tiles that many first-timers find easier. iMPlayer is a third choice. Pick one now. You can always add a second player later with the same login.
Download the player with Downloader
Open Downloader and allow it to access files if asked. In the address box, type the official web address of the player, or the short Downloader code our team sends you on WhatsApp. Press Go. When the download ends, select Install, then Done. Downloader then offers to delete the installer file; choose Delete to save space.
Open the player and pick the Xtream Codes login
Find the new player under Home, Your Apps and Channels, or hold the Home button and choose Apps. Open it. TiViMate asks you to Add playlist, then choose Xtream Codes. Smarters shows Login with Xtream Codes API. Xtream Codes simply means three boxes: server address, username and password. That is the format ZorbaIPTV sends by default.
Type the three login details carefully
Read the server address from our WhatsApp message and type it exactly, starting with http:// and ending with the colon and port number. Then type the username and password, keeping capital letters as they are. Do not add a space at the end. Press Next or Add User. If the player asks for a name, type ZorbaIPTV.
Let the first load finish
The first time, the player downloads the full channel list, the TV guide data and the movie and series library. On an older stick this can take a few minutes, and a progress bar may sit still for a while. Do not press anything until it finishes. Later visits only fetch changes, so the app opens much faster from then on.
Run three first-day checks
First, open Live TV or the TV guide and confirm the channel groups appear. Second, scroll the guide and check that program names show next to channels; if they say No information, wait an hour for the guide data to fill. Third, play a channel you know well for a few minutes and look at the picture. Clear and steady means you are done.
Save favorites and move the app to the front
Long-press Select on a channel you watch often and add it to favorites. Then press Home, open the app row, highlight the player, press the three-line menu button and choose Move to front. Now the player sits on your home screen and nobody in the family has to hunt for it.
Ask for help with a photo if anything looks wrong
If a screen does not match this guide, take a photo of the TV with your phone and send it to ZorbaIPTV on WhatsApp at +44 7451 256085. Say which step you are on. A real person replies with the next button to press, any time of day. Setup help is included with every plan and the free trial.
Stuck on one of these steps? Take a photo of your screen with your phone and send it to us on WhatsApp. A real person will tell you which button to press next.
Which player to pick on a Fire TV Stick, and why
Pick TiViMate if the stick runs the main TV in the house and you like a cable-style guide. Pick IPTV Smarters Pro if you want big, simple buttons. Both are made by outside developers, not by ZorbaIPTV, and both accept the same login. Neither ships with any channels; the channels arrive when you enter your ZorbaIPTV details.
| Player | How it looks | Logins it accepts | Cost to you |
|---|---|---|---|
| TiViMate | A guide grid with channels down the side and times across the top | Xtream Codes, M3U link | Free version works; Premium is paid to its developer |
| IPTV Smarters Pro | Large tiles for Live TV, Movies and Series | Xtream Codes, M3U link | Free to use |
| iMPlayer | A clean menu with a guide view | Xtream Codes, M3U link | Free tier; premium is paid to its developer |
Premium prices change, so check each developer's site for the current figure. Read more in our TiViMate walkthrough, the IPTV Smarters Pro walkthrough and the iMPlayer walkthrough. Still deciding between apps? Our comparison of IPTV players lines them up by device.
A word on fake apps
There is no official ZorbaIPTV app or ZorbaIPTV APK. If a website or a Downloader code claims to be one, do not install it. Our page about the ZorbaIPTV app question explains which real players to use instead.
Login formats on Fire TV: Xtream Codes, M3U or portal
On a Firestick, use the Xtream Codes login whenever the player offers it. It brings the channel groups, the guide data and the movie library in one go. The M3U link is a single long web address that holds the whole channel list. It works too, but the guide sometimes needs a second link, so beginners find Xtream easier.
- Xtream Codes: server address, username, password. Type them into three separate boxes. See our plain-English Xtream Codes guide.
- M3U link: one address that you paste or type into a playlist box. See the M3U playlist guide.
- Portal URL: used by MAG and similar set-top boxes that log in with their MAC address. A Firestick does not need it. If you own one of those boxes, follow the MAG and Formuler guide.
Not sure which one you were sent? Forward our message back to us on WhatsApp at +44 7451 256085 and ask. We can resend the login in whichever format your player wants.
Setup help on WhatsApp, the Firestick way
Most Firestick questions are solved with one photo. Point your phone at the TV, take a picture of the screen you are stuck on and send it to us. We look at the menu, the error text or the empty box, and we reply with the exact button to press. Setup help is free, it runs 24/7, and it starts during the 24-hour free trial, so you can test on your own stick before you pay. When you are happy, see plans for 1, 2, 3 or 5 screens. Shopping for a stick first? The ZorbaIPTV Firestick page compares models.
Amazon describes Developer Options in its Fire TV developer documentation. Menu names can move between Fire OS updates, so treat the paths on this page as accurate at the time of writing (October 2026).
Where to find the main menus on Firestick
App and system updates sometimes rename or move menus. Use this table as a map, not a promise. Seeing a slightly different label? Go with the nearest match, or snap a picture of the TV for us on WhatsApp.

Want the developer's or maker's own instructions? Visit the How Amazon documents the hidden Developer Options menu. Remember that the app comes from its developer, not from ZorbaIPTV, and any paid tier is paid to them. Use the trial to check that the app, your device and our login work well together before you buy.
Picture pausing or slow to start? Check these first
- Your connection: nothing beats a network cable. On wireless, choose the 5 GHz network and keep the router no more than a room or two away.
- Other traffic at home: large downloads, game updates and cloud backups all share the same line. Pause them while you watch.
- The app: close it fully and reopen it. If the player has a buffer setting, raising it one step can help.
- The device: restart the stick, box or TV. Small streaming sticks run better after a fresh start.
- The channel: some channels come in more than one version. Try another, then tell us which one gave you trouble.
Our streams come in HD, FHD and 4K; the 4K version exists only when the channel itself broadcasts in 4K. Bandwidth and hardware for that are covered in what 4K IPTV requires at home. Common Firestick setup problems and how to fix them
There is no Developer Options menu
Go back to Settings, My Fire TV, About and press Select on the device name seven times, slowly and in a row. The menu appears after you leave About. If nothing happens at all, the stick may run Vega OS, which cannot add outside players. Send us a photo of the About screen and we will confirm.
Install unknown apps is missing Downloader
Downloader has to be installed before it shows in that list. Install it from the Appstore first, then return to Developer Options. On older sticks the setting is a single switch called Apps from Unknown Sources; turn that on instead.
Downloader shows an error or a web page
Check the address or code character by character. A code can expire, so ask us on WhatsApp for a fresh one. Some routers and network filters block app files; try once using your phone hotspot to see if the network is the cause.
The install button does nothing
The stick may be short of storage. Open Settings, Applications, Manage Installed Applications, and uninstall apps nobody uses. Delete old installer files from Downloader as well. Then run the install again.
Invalid login or authorization failed
Retype the server address with http:// at the start and the port at the end. Type the password by hand rather than with voice. Make sure the trial or plan is still active. If it still fails, send a photo of the filled-in login screen to our team.
Channels load but the guide shows No information
Guide data arrives after the channel list and can take a while on the first day. In TiViMate, open Settings, Playlists, choose the playlist and update it, then update the guide. In Smarters, sign out and back in. Check the Fire TV time zone too.
The picture freezes or looks blocky
Move to the 5 GHz Wi-Fi network or use the Amazon Ethernet adapter. Restart the stick from Settings, My Fire TV, Restart. Pause big downloads in the house. If only one channel misbehaves, try another version of it and tell us which one failed.
The remote stopped working during setup
Hold the Home button for about ten seconds to re-pair it, or use the Fire TV app on your phone as a remote. Weak batteries are the usual cause, so swap them before you type the login.

Setting up ZorbaIPTV on Firestick: common questions
How do I put IPTV on my Firestick?
Turn on developer mode under Settings, My Fire TV, About, install Downloader from the Appstore and allow it under Developer Options. Use Downloader to add a player such as TiViMate or IPTV Smarters Pro. Open the player, choose the Xtream Codes login and type the three ZorbaIPTV details we send on WhatsApp. Then wait for the first load.
Is it safe to turn on developer mode on a Fire TV Stick?
Yes, when you only allow Downloader and only install players from their official sites. Developer mode simply reveals a hidden menu. It does not touch your Amazon account or purchases, and you can switch it off again. The risk comes from unknown APK files, so never install a so-called ZorbaIPTV APK; no such app exists.
Which Firestick models work with ZorbaIPTV?
Any model running Fire OS, which includes the Fire TV Stick 4K Max, 4K, HD, Lite and the Fire TV Cube. Models that run Vega OS, such as the Fire TV Stick 4K Select, only install Appstore apps, so outside players will not install there. Check under Settings, My Fire TV, About, or send us a photo of that screen.
Do I have to pay for TiViMate or Smarters on a Firestick?
No payment is needed to start. IPTV Smarters Pro is free, and TiViMate has a free version that plays your ZorbaIPTV channels. TiViMate Premium adds extras and is paid to its developer, not to us; check the developer site for the current price. Your ZorbaIPTV plan covers the channels themselves.
Why does the player say my login is wrong?
Usually one character is off. Check that the server address starts with http:// and ends with the colon and port number, with no space at the end. Passwords are case-sensitive. A trial that has ended also fails. Send a photo of the login screen to ZorbaIPTV on WhatsApp and we will spot the typo.
Is there a way to test ZorbaIPTV on my own Fire TV first?
There is. Ask on WhatsApp for the free 24-hour trial; no card is needed. You get a real login, so you can install the player, enter the details and watch on your own stick and your own Wi-Fi. If it works for your home, choose a plan; the login usually arrives in under 15 minutes after payment.
