Our stance
Programs and films represent real creative effort and money, and ZorbaIPTV takes that seriously. Proper notices sent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of the United States (DMCA) get acted on, as do equivalent claims under other countries' laws. Routes for sending a notice
Option one: a WhatsApp message to +44 7451 256085 whose first words are "DMCA notice", which sends it directly to the staff member responsible. Option two: our contact form, with Other selected as the topic and a WhatsApp number supplied for the reply. Because ZorbaIPTV keeps no public mailbox, nothing else will reach the right desk.
Required elements
Identification of the protected work you say has been infringed.
Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with a location exact enough that our staff can go straight to it.
How to reach you: legal name in full, mailing address, phone and the reply method you prefer.
A good-faith declaration that the use complained of has no authorization from the owner, its agent or the law.
A declaration, sworn under penalty of perjury, confirming the notice is correct and that you hold the right or may act for whoever does.
Your signature, on paper or in electronic form.
Our timeline
We acknowledge a complete notice inside 2 business days, then handle the material it names inside 5. Should anything be missing, we explain what and wait for a corrected notice before taking action.
Counter-notification
Believe something of yours was taken down in error? Send a counter-notice by either route described above. It needs the same identifying details as an original notice, plus a sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, giving your reasons the takedown was wrong. Coverage of this policy
The policy covers material published on zorbaiptv.best and material carried by ZorbaIPTV streams. Third-party player apps are their developers' property, so complaints about an app itself belong with that developer. Please keep setup and billing questions in regular WhatsApp support so real copyright matters move quickly. Any personal details inside a notice are protected under our ZorbaIPTV privacy policy.
Misrepresentation
