The words in that message, explained

• Xtream Codes is a login style with three parts. The server URL is the address of the service. The username and password are yours alone. Our Xtream Codes guide shows where each part goes.
• An M3U link is a playlist address. Paste it into a player and the channel list loads. The M3U playlist guide covers the details.
• A MAC address is a code printed on the back of a box, like 00:1A:79:12:34:56. We link your account to it, so the box signs in by itself.
• A portal URL is the address you type into a MAG or Formuler box menu so it can find the service.
